H1.CO PRC PRIVACY STATEMENT

In accordance with the National Standard of Information Security Technology—Personal Information Security Specification (“PIS”) and various implementing regulations and guidelines associated with the People’s Republic of China Cybersecurity Law (“Guidelines”), H1 Insights, Inc. (“H1,” “us,” “we”) incorporates by reference its Privacy Policy into this People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) Privacy Policy. The H1 Privacy Policy contains information about the kind of personal information we collect; how we use that personal information; how we store that personal information; for how long we retain that personal information; and how we transfer that personal information when we do so.

For the purposes of this PRC Privacy Policy, “personal information” is information about an identified or identifiable living individual, such as an individual’s name and professional information. However, H1 does not collect what the PIS and Guidelines consider “sensitive personal information,” which includes information that, if revealed, could have an adverse impact, such as an individual’s biometric information, bank account numbers, correspondence records, property information, credit information, location tracking, lodging information, health and physiological information, and transaction information. Nor does H1 collect information about racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, genetic information, or information concerning an individual’s sex life or sexual orientation.

When H1 transfers personal information to recipients outside of PRC, such as when we store information on servers located in the United States, we take the steps required to ensure that information is transferred securely, and we maintain a copy of the information domestically within the PRC.‍

Where required by applicable law, we will consult any individual to obtain his, her, or their consent to store and process personal information. Any individual to whom this PRC Privacy Policy applies may contact H1 to access the personal data we hold about you, or request that we correct, amend, restrict from processing, or delete your information. Requests for deletion are subject to record retention requirements. An individual also may have the right to data portability, the right to not be subject to automated decision-making producing legal effects such as profiling, as well as the right to complain to a data protection authority.
