Ariel Katz, CPO of H1. is kicking off the inaugural installment of our Doctors in the Data podcast with with Dr. Roshini Raj, a preeminent gastroenterologist. The aim of H1.’s Doctors in the Data programming is to give listeners a look at the accomplishments and challenges of those trailblazing physicians who are making their mark on the healthcare space. Dr. Roshini Raj

After receiving degrees from Harvard University and New York University School of Medicine, Dr. Raj is currently an Assistant Professor in the NYU School of Medicine and an attending physician at NYU Medical Center. She has published influential scholarship on colon cancer screening, and is a contributor to programs such as the Today Show and Good Morning America. Dr. Raj has also recently co-founded TULA, a healthy lifestyle and skincare company.

The word “tula,” sanskrit for balance, signifies what the company wants to help users achieve with their products. TULA Skincare makes use of probiotics that can provide benefits not only internally in the body but also when applied topically to the skin. Thus, thanks to the innovation of the physicians who had a part in creating TULA, the product has helped users maintain a wholesome skincare routine.
